As a Revolutionary home for transport workers, that is led by workers themselves, our goal as always is to become the industry first choice for any worker seeking a belonging; for any worker seeking specialized and experienced consultancy; and anyone within the general public seeking a greater grasp of the inter-workings between Bargaining Councils, the Labour Court, Organizing and workplace dynamics in relation to case management, and worker rights and responsibilities

We are a revolutionary trade union, with militancy in character: are guided by cadreship discipline, are a worker controlled organisation that is internationalist in perspective and we use democratic centralism on all decision making.
Our ideology is shaped by Marxist- Leninist doctrine [and] philosophy: hence we believe that our members should be members of SACP in conjunction to being members of Retusa. Retusa subscribes to the theme of "an injury to one is an injury to all": hence we will partake and work in solidarity with all progressive mass democratic movements.
